[PHP] 403 after add htaccess File 

Please inside your apache config file.

Add/Replace "Options +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch" into your Directory tag

e.g.
<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName xxx.xxx.com
ServerAdmin xxx@xxx.com
DocumentRoot /var/www/html/test
<Directory "/var/www/html/test">
Options +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch
AllowOverride all
Allow from all
</Directory>
</VirtualHost>
